Article 15. Judicial protection of civil rights

(1) Violated civil rights are protected by the courts.
(2) The manner of resolution of disputes between the parties before applying to a court can be provided by law or contract.
(3) Civil rights are protected by administrative procedures only in cases provided by law. A decision adopted in administrative proceedings may be challenged in the courts.
(4) References in this Code to a judge or a court of law are also references to other bodies of competent jurisdiction under law, and references to legal provisions of civil procedure are also references to rules of procedure of those bodies of competent jurisdiction.
