Article 21. Protection of personal non-pecuniary rights

Personal non-pecuniary rights and other similar values are protected in the cases and manner provided by this Code and other laws to the extent that the remedies for civil rights are compatible with the nature of the violated right and the nature of the consequences of these violations.
