Article 28. Active legal capacity of a minor under 14 years of age

(1) All juridical acts for and on behalf of a minor under 14 years of age may be entered into solely by a parent, adopter or tutor under the law.
(2) A minor under 14 years of age may on its own conclude:
a) day-to-day juridical acts of small value that are performed upon their conclusion;
b) juridical acts whereunder benefits are acquired free of charge provided that they require no notarial authentication nor any state registration of rights arisen under them is required;
c) acts of preservation.
