Article 25. Membership in the Association

(1) Every owner becomes a member of the association from the date they acquire the ownership right over the unit. Membership in the association ceases upon the termination of ownership or upon the dissolution of the association.
(2) Membership in the association is not registered in the state register of legal persons. The administrator of the association maintains a record of owners based on data from the real estate register and updates it according to this law.
(3) The entity that maintains the real estate register is obliged to issue, in electronic form upon the association’s request, a list of the owners of the units from the residential buildings of the association’s condominiums. The association is exempt from paying for this information once per calendar year.
