Article 32. Governing and supervisory bodies of the association
(1) The bodies of the association are:
a) the general meeting, or, as the case may be, the meeting with special interest;
b) the council;
c) the association’s administrator;
d) the auditor or the audit committee.
(2) The general meeting may decide not to designate a council or an audit committee. In this case, the association’s administrator must raise the issue regarding the appointment of the missing body at each annual general meeting.
(3) The general meeting may also establish other bodies of the association.
(4) The responsibilities of the general meeting may not be limited.
(5) The term of office for a member of the association’s bodies, granted by the general meeting, may exceed three years and may be renewed. The office of a member of the association’s body is automatically extended until the designation of another person for the respective position.
