Article 17. The Owner’s Rights

(1) The owner is entitled to:

a) use the unit according to its purpose, in accordance with the provisions of this law, the act of establishment of the condominium, and the condominium regulations;
b) use the common parts according to their purpose, respecting this law, the act of establishment of the condominium, and the condominium regulations.

(2) The owner, as well as any other person who has the right of use over the unit, has the right to require other owners to use their units and the common parts in accordance with this law, the act of establishment of the condominium, and the condominium regulations.

(3) The owner has the right to lease out the unit or to use it in another manner without infringing upon the rights of other owners, with the mandatory notification of the administrator.
