Article 24. The Consumer Status of the Association and the Owner
(1) The association managing a residential condominium has, in the sense of civil legislation, the status of a consumer and enjoys the legal protection corresponding to this status:
a) in its relations with a condominium owner from whom the association is entitled to a payment;
b) in its relations with a professional, in the sense of Article 3 of the Civil Code No. 1107/2002, on whose basis the association has a payment obligation;
c) in relationships resulting from contracts regarding intermediated services.
(2) The individual who is the owner of a residential unit has, in the relations regulated by this law in which the association or service providers are parties, the status of a consumer.
