Article 33. The participation of owners in the association’s bodies
(1) Owners participate free of charge in the activities of the association’s bodies, except in cases where the association’s annual budget provides for remuneration in this regard, the amount of which is established and approved by the general meeting.
(2) If members of the association’s bodies were appointed before the commissioning of the condominium building, their office expires at the first general meeting after the date of commissioning.
(3) Members of the association’s bodies are not employees of the association.
