Article 66. Owner’s Right to Information

(1) Owners are entitled to obtain information regarding the activities of the association from its administrator and to access its documents.

(2) The association’s administrator must respond to requests within one week. For requests requiring complex legal or technical assessment, the timeframe extends to one month.

(3) The association’s administrator may refuse to release information or allow access to documents if it would cause harm to the legitimate interests of other owners or third parties.

(4) If the association’s administrator refuses to provide information or denies access to documents, the owner may request the general meeting to decide on the validity of the refusal, or within two weeks as of the date of the administrator’s refusal, may file a legal action in court to compel the association to provide the requested information or allow access to the requested documents.
