Article 77. Scope of Application

(1) Notwithstanding Article 21 paragraph (2), an association may include all owners of multiple condominiums (hereinafter referred to as an association with multiple condominiums).

(2) In the case of an association with multiple condominiums, the provisions of this Section take precedence over the other provisions of this law.
