Article 1912. Termination by the Insurer

(1) For the purposes of Article 1855, the exercise of the right of termination by the insurer shall only be regarded as reasonable if it is limited to the exclusion from cover of the group member to whom the insured event occurred.
(2) For the purposes of Article 1842 para.(2) and 1844 para. (1), the exercise of the right of termination by the insurer shall only have the effect of excluding those group members from cover who have not taken the required precautionary measures or whose risks were aggravated, as the case may be.
(3) For the purpose of Article 1871, termination of the insurance shall only have the effect of excluding group members who have transferred their title to insured property from cover.
