Article 1914. Elective Group Insurance: General
(1) Elective group insurance is deemed to be a combination of a framework contract between the insurer and the group organiser and individual insurance contracts concluded within such a framework by the insurer and the group members.
(2) The provisions of this paragraph apply to the individual insurance contracts where the group organiser and the insurer have agreed on their application. Notwithstanding, the provisions of this Chapter, except for Articles 1909 and 1910, do not apply to the framework contract.
