Article 19. Cure of Violations

(1) The association may file a lawsuit to:

a) compel an owner to bring their unit into compliance with this law, the condominium’s founding act, and the condominium regulations;
b) authorize the association itself to ensure the owner’s unit conforms to this law, the condominium’s founding act, and the condominium regulations;
c) compel the owner to reimburse the expenses incurred or to be incurred by the association as per letter b) or for the removal of the owner’s violation of this law, the condominium’s founding act, or the condominium regulations.

(2) The right to the legal action provided for in paragraph (1) is not subject to any limitation period.

(3) The action provided for in paragraph (1) may also be initiated by any owner.
