Article 20. Total or Partial Destruction of the Condominium Building
(1) If the building is lost or destroyed entirely or to an extent of at least three-quarters of its volume, each of the owners may demand the division of the land and materials by sale, unless otherwise agreed.
(2) In the event of destruction of less than three-quarters of the building, the general meeting decides on the reconstruction of the common parts of the building, with each owner being obliged to contribute proportionally to their share.
