Article 21. Organization of All Owners in a Condominium into a Single Association

(1) All owners within a condominium are members, by virtue of this law, of the same condominium owners’ association (hereinafter referred to as “association”).

(2) An association has as members only the owners of a single condominium.

(3) Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph (2), an association may include owners of several condominiums under the conditions of Section 8 of this chapter. In this case, the special provisions of the mentioned section apply.
