Article 29. The Condominium Regulation and Other Regulations
(1) The general meeting may adopt a condominium regulation, which includes rules of conduct for owners and other subjects designed to ensure the good order and the proper functioning of the condominium, as well as the manner of using the common parts, including rules regarding:
a) keeping animals. Specifically, provisions in the regulations that prohibit the keeping of animals are null and void if it complies with customs and sanitary rules;
b) installing clothes drying devices or air conditioning units on the exterior of the building;
c) noise control;
d) waste management;
e) smoking;
f) parking spaces;
g) playgrounds and recreational areas.
(2) The association’s regulations are not subject to state registration.
(3) The association’s regulations are to be drafted clearly and concisely.
(4) Regulations adopted by the resolution of the general meeting are binding for all owners, the association, and the association’s bodies.
