Article 70. Right to Propose Modernizations of the Condominium

(1) The association’s administrator is bound to convene a general meeting within one month of receiving a request from a group of owners (in accordance with the rules for convening a general meeting) interested in the association carrying out interventions or works aimed at:
a) improving the safety or sanitation of the condominium;
b) the energy efficiency of the condominium;
c) the production of renewable energy by the association on the common parts of the condominium.

(2) The request laid down in paragraph (1) must include the design for the execution of the works and the related expenses. The administrator may request the applicant to provide explanations and details of the proposed design before being obligated to convene the general meeting.

(3) The final decision on the proposal is made by the general meeting according to Article 37, paragraph (1).
