Article 75. Intervention on a Unit in Case of Danger

(1) In case a unit is abandoned or there is another imminent danger caused by the behavior of the owner, posing a risk to the life, health of other owners, or to units (such as gas leaks, water, etc.), the association’s administrator, in the presence of two owners and a police officer, may force the unit’s lock and intervene to remove the danger. The costs of intervention and changing the lock are to be reimbursed by the unit owner jointly with the possessor of the unit.

(2) The participants in the intervention mentioned in paragraph (1) shall draw up a protocol.

(3) The association’s administrator takes steps to contact the owner and hands over the unit’s keys and a copy of the protocol to them.
