Article 414. Requirements for publicity
(1) The procedure and requirements of publicity are established by law.
(2) The satisfaction of publicity formalities may be required by any person, even if a minor or an adult protected by a judicial measure of protection.
(3) Any waiver or restriction of the right to satisfy a publicity formality, as well as any penalty clause or another sanction stipulated to hinder the exercise of this right are void.
(4) No one may rely on its ignorance of a right, act, or fact subject to publicity if the publicity formality was legally satisfied.
