Article 454. Real rights (jus in rem)

(1) Real rights (jus in rem) are ownership and limited real rights.
(2) Limited real rights (jura in re aliena) are the following:
a) right of usufruct;
b) right of use;
c) right of habitation;
d) right of superficies;
e) right of servitude;
f) real security rights, including pledge and mortgage;
g) other rights to which the law explicitly designates this character.
